PowerPoint: This type of resource features individual slides on areas like official crime statistics and the Iceberg Effect (designed as visual background displays to accompany teacher-led exposition).

This section also includes a presentation on different gang typologies.

Text: Types of resource in this category range from a complete Textbook chapter on the social distribution of crime to Updates that focus on particular pieces of research or outlines of contemporary theories of deviance.

Audio resources take the form of podcasts that focus on the relationship between gender and crime, as well as a piece on Victimology.

Video resources in this category generally focus on areas such as social class and gender, as well as examining official crime crime statistics and the “dark figure of crime”.
