| A few technical bits-and-bobs
need to be nailed down. The videos here are streamed from sources such as
Google Video and
YouTube
and to view the videos you will need both
Adobe's Flash
player and a
Java Runtime Environment installed. You may well have these already (if
the video's display then you have...). Because the videos, for various
reasons, are streamed from external sites I have no control over their
availability - there may be times when these sites are temporarily
off-line,,, The buffering / streaming speed of video is dependent on things like your internet connection. I've tested the site on a 4mb Broadband connection and there are no real issues; however, if you have a lower Broadband connection speed you may experience buffering issues (the video stops, periodically, as more video is being streamed). If you are on a dial-up connection don't even think about trying to view the videos... For best viewing results you should have your browser set at a display resolution of 1024x768 pixels. |
