Experience

For the past 15 years (count 'em, very slowly) I've lectured at an FE College. Thankfully, I managed to escape but, finding myself at a loose end, decided to invite job applications. This, as you will have noted (because you're the kind of sensitive person with their finger on the pulse and purse strings) is what some might call a little presumptuous but which I see as postmodern (or not if you hate postmodernism with a passion - I'm willing to abandon any principles I might possibly have once possessed for a square meal a day).

Anyway, I've taught the following courses in my time:

Sociology

Other

GCSE  (SEB)

Key Skills: IT Level 2

A-Level (AEB and OCR) Communication Level 3
AS and A2-Level (OCR and AQA) Access: IT Level 2 and 3

Just one of the many people who've glanced at my books in Waterstones and then bought something from the "Self-Help" section by mistake. For the past couple of years I've been writing books (and things). The main outcome of my efforts has been the "very well received" (by those to whom I've given free copies) textbooks:

AS Sociology For AQA (Hodder Arnold, 2005) and

A2 Sociology For AQA (Hodder Arnold, 2006).
