Problem-Based Learning  
On-line material has been designed to provide teachers and students with situations (or problems) through which various sociological ideas can be developed. In basic terms, the material sets-up a situation which the student is encouraged to explore, analyse and evaluate (mainly through the use of questions to answer).

The material that's available here is not totally problem-orientated (it's probably not totally very good either...), but it is a start and if this all sounds a bit vague, the best advice I can give is to suck-it-and-see (so to speak...).
