The 1st edition of the textbook, originally published in 2006, offers comprehensive coverage of the pre-2009 AQA Specification. Thus, while much of the text is still completely relevant to the new Specification (Theory and Methods, for example, is unchanged between the two Specs.) it does not specifically cover the newer element of the 2009 Spec. (and it does not include coverage of Mass Media).
