Note

Normative experiments...

Disrupting norms of behaviour is easy and although it is not advisable if you value your sanity and freedom, you could:

* Ignore your friends.

* Talk to a complete stranger as if they were your closest friend.

* Walk around wearing a dress (if you are male).

* Arrive in class just as everyone is packing-up and demand that you be marked  "present" in the register.

* Drive your car on the right-hand side of the road.

           An example of how our normative expectations can be disrupted...Think about it when you 'Just do it' with Nike...

On the other hand, if you do value your freedom and sanity you could:

* Sit in a different seat in class to the one you normally sit in.

* Be "extra-polite" to everyone you know.
